Our company is a global leader in access solutions, offering innovative products and services for secure access to buildings and rooms.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDrive service sales for Dormakaba's product portfolio (access solutions, door hardware, entrance systems, etc.) within the assigned region.
- Achieve revenue targets by generating new business opportunities and expanding existing customer accounts.
- Identify customer requirements and provide tailored service solutions including AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), retrofits, and upgrades.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, architects, and channel partners.
- Prepare and present service sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely order closure.
- Collaborate with service delivery and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop sales strategies.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing, and compliance guidelines.
- RequirementsGraduate / Postgraduate (preferably in Engineering, Business, or related field).
- 4–7 years of experience in Service Sales / AMC Sales preferably in access solutions, building materials, security systems, or automation industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel as per business needs.
