Department: Service Sales

Position: Assistant Manager

  • Key Responsibilities Achieve service sales targets through AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), spares, repairs, and service renewals.
  • Identify and develop new service business opportunities within existing customer accounts and new clients.
  • Manage customer relationships by ensuring timely resolution of service issues and proactive engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Service Delivery team to ensure smooth execution of contracts and service commitments.
  • Prepare and deliver service sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of service contracts, renewals, customer interactions, and pipeline in CRM tools.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Projects, and Technical Support teams for cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and provide insights to management for business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service quality guidelines.
  • Key RequirementsGraduate in Engineering / Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • 4–7 years of experience in Service Sales / After-Sales / AMC Sales, preferably in Access Solutions, Security Systems, Building Automation, Elevators, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of service contracts, maintenance solutions, and customer account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve targets and develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
