Responsibilities

Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.

Monitors and responds to general HR inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HR-related concerns.

Prepares employment agreements, employment verification letters, leave memos, and other related documents.

Performs administrative duties including but not limited to employee file organization.

Perform orientations, onboarding, and update records with new hires.

Responsible for recruiting employees for our company.

Approaching potential employers to collaborate in the hiring process.

Handling our client's job promotion.

Qualification

Graduated

Good English Communication skills

Minimum 6 months to 1year experience
