Role Overview

As the Senior QA Manager, you will own the quality strategy and execution for our WMS

PaaS product. You'll lead automation initiatives, manage UAT cycles, and collaborate with

cross-functional teams to deliver a robust, high-performing platform. This role demands

hands-on leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of enterprise PaaS

testing.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead QA strategy across functional, regression, integration, performance and Chaos testing
  • Own end-to-end UAT planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment for PaaS releases
  • Drive automation initiatives using modern frameworks and tools; EndTest experience is a plus
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure test coverage and release readiness
  • Build and manage a high-performing QA team; mentor and upskill junior testers
  • Establish and monitor quality metrics, defect trends, and release health indicators
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise-grade standards for reliability, scalability, and

    usability
  • Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and documentation

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of QA experience in PaaS, ERP, or WMS environments
  • Proven track record of owning UAT cycles for enterprise PaaS products
  • Strong expertise in test automation frameworks and scripting languages
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools; EndTest knowledge is a strong advantage
  • Deep understanding of warehouse operations and ERP workflows
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, etc.

Good to have:

  • Experience with API testing, performance testing, and CI/CD integration
  • Exposure to cloud-native platforms and multi-tenant PaaS architecture
  • Knowledge of compliance and security testing standards
