About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Senior DevOps/SRE Engineer to join our PaaS team. You'll help design, build, and maintain the infrastructure and automation that support our Beta product and upcoming platform roadmap. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and cares about reliability, scalability, and smooth delivery pipelines.Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable delivery for the Beta product.
- Build and manage infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform.
- Implement and manage containerization and orchestration platforms like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitor and improve system performance, resolving bottlenecks across environments.
- Work closely with software and backend teams to ensure smooth integration with PaaS services.
- Strengthen system reliability through solid monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues quickly to reduce downtime and maintain stability.
- Partner with security teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with security and compliance standards.
- Automate routine tasks to improve efficiency and support scalable platform operations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a DevOps or SRE Engineer with exposure to PaaS environments.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and strong knowledge of Kubernetes (required).
- Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash.
- Familiarity with Go or Rust is an advantage.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and their infrastructure services.
- Solid experience with Terraform and other IaC tools.
- Good understanding of CI/CD, build pipelines, and automated testing.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability in both Beta and production environments.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable working in a startup-like, fast-moving environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹100, ₹130,000.00 per month
