Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist who can independently manage core HR functions including payroll, HRMS operations, statutory compliance, recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, exit formalities, and basic administration. The ideal candidate must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling HR activities end-to-end.

Male candidates are preferred due to the nature of the role and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities1. Payroll & Attendance Management

· Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and timely.

· Maintain and update attendance records, leave management, and shift schedules.

· Reconcile salary inputs such as deductions, overtime, reimbursements, PF/ESI, etc.

· Generate payroll reports and coordinate with finance for salary disbursement.

2. HRMS & Employee Data Management

· Maintain employee records in the HRMS Keka system.

· Update new joinee, resignation, promotion, and transfer details.

· Ensure accuracy of employee master data at all times.

3. Statutory Compliance

· Handle PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and other statutory filings.

· Coordinate for monthly challans, statutory audits, and compliance reports.

· Maintain statutory registers and documentation as per labour laws.

4. Recruitment & Onboarding

· Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.

· Screen profiles, conduct telephonic & in-person interviews.

· Issue offer letters, coordinate pre-joining formalities, and prepare appointment letters.

· Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and documentation of new hires.

5. Employee Relations & HR Operations

· Address employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, salary, etc.

· Support performance management activities.

· Conduct periodic engagement activities and maintain a positive work culture.

6. Exit Formalities

· Handle resignation process, notice period tracking, and final settlement inputs.

· Conduct exit interviews and ensure proper clearance procedures.

7. Administration Support

· Monitor office supplies, housekeeping, vendor coordination, and general admin tasks.

· Support travel arrangements, ID cards, asset issuance, and maintenance-related coordination.

Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

· 3–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive.

· Strong knowledge of payroll, HRMS, and statutory compliance.

· Good communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
