Role: US HR Generalist Location: Onsite at Madhapur, Hyderabad Experience Required: 3+ Years Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced US HR Generalist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with US Onboarding and managing day-to-day human resources operations and supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This role ensures compliance with federal and state employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day human resources operations and supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle. - Handle onboarding paperwork with our clients and employees - Ensure completion of Form I-9, E-Verify, and other new hire documentation. - Work with company insurance providers and benefit administrators. - Maintain confidential employee records and HR files. - Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate timekeeping and pay processing - Handle employment verifications and status changes. - Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data integrity. - Generate regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, etc.) - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in any degree - Minimum 3+ years of US HR Generalist experience - Proficiency in HRMS portals - Strong knowledge of US onboarding documentation - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
