Role: US HR GeneralistLocation: Onsite at Madhapur, HyderabadExperience Required: 3+ YearsJob Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced US HR Generalist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with US Onboarding and managing day-to-day human resources operations and supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This role ensures compliance with federal and state employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day human resources operations and supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle.- Handle onboarding paperwork with our clients and employees- Ensure completion of Form I-9, E-Verify, and other new hire documentation.- Work with company insurance providers and benefit administrators.- Maintain confidential employee records and HR files.- Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate timekeeping and pay processing- Handle employment verifications and status changes.- Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data integrity.- Generate regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, etc.)- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirementsRequirements:- Bachelor’s degree in any degree- Minimum 3+ years of US HR Generalist experience- Proficiency in HRMS portals- Strong knowledge of US onboarding documentation- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
