What You'll Be Doing

* Be the first point of contact for clients—online and offline

* Manage appointments, follow-ups, and ensure smooth session flow

* Help coordinate wellness workshops and events

* Assist therapists during sessions (breathing techniques, mindfulness tools, etc.)

* Support day-to-day clinic functioning with empathy and efficiency

* Create content for Instagram and engage with our digital community

* Brainstorm with the team to turn deep insights into relatable posts

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English and Marathi/Hindi)
  • Comfortable using Google Calendar, Excel, WhatsApp Business, and Canva
  • Basic understanding of mental health and wellness (preferred)
  • Experience with social media management and customer handling
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
