We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will manage the implementation of Osfin's solutions for both existing and new clients. This role requires strong knowledge of financial operation processes, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the capability to analyze large datasets. The Technical Program Manager will drive process excellence and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their unique operational processes and requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure successful implementations.

Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Osfin's solutions, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align resources and objectives.

Process Analysis & Improvement

  • Evaluate clients' existing operating workflows and identify inefficiencies.
  • Recommend optimized processes leveraging Osfin's platform.
  • Use process mapping and data analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Data Analysis

  • Analyze large datasets to ensure accurate configuration and integration of Osfin's solutions.
  • Use statistical tools and SQL-based queries to interpret data and deliver insights.

Problem Solving

  • Break down complex issues into manageable components.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective solutions.

Process Excellence

  • Advocate for and implement process management best practices.
  • Apply methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to enhance operational efficiency.

Customer Excellence

  • Ensure superior customer experience by addressing needs proactively.
  • Provide training, support, and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in financial services, software implementation, consulting, or analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis, SQL querying, and managing large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to manage client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Expertise in financial operation processes and related software solutions is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,400, ₹1,700,000.00 per year
