Role and Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice to clients on insurance products and services
  • Act as an intermediary between insurance companies and clients, ensuring that clients get the best possible insurance policies to suit their needs
  • Conduct interviews with prospective clients to gather data and identify their insurance needs
  • Sell life insurance policies that payout on death and annuities that pay an income at retirement
  • Expand the customer base by reaching out to potential clients and developing new business relationships
  • Analyze clients' current portfolios and make recommendations on suitable coverage options
  • Assist clients throughout the claims process, ensuring that they get the payments they are entitled to under their insurance policies
  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper records of all client interactions and transactions
Candidate Qualifications
  • Must be licensed in the state where you work
  • Accredited with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent selling skills, with a passion for meeting sales targets and expanding the customer base

  • Strong sales skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Good knowledge of financial and insurance regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills
