Role & responsibilities

  • Own sales performance for direct/inbound channelsfield incoming leads and convert calls or walk-ins.
  • Drive cross-sell/up-sell to existing policyholders using financial planning tools and customer profiling .
  • Expand customer base via referral programs and outreach campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

At least 2-3 years in life insurance sales; 1 years in branch or direct marketing role

Sales Expertise -Strong direct sales/business development skills; adept at inbound lead conversion

Leadership- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a branch team

CommunicationExcellent verbal and written communication; high persuasion skills

Analytical ability- Skilled in campaign analysis, lead tracking, sales funnel metrics

Notice Period - Must be relived in 30 days or Immediate Joiner (Preferred candidates )
