Role Overview

This is not a 9-to-5 role, it's a startup environment where you'll wear multiple hats and take ownership from concept to execution.

Your KRAs include
everything under the sun
when it comes to bringing the brand to life, from moodboarding campaigns and managing shoots, to editing content and driving creative storytelling across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Photoshoots & Campaigns

  • Plan and manage all lifestyle, campaign, and e-commerce shoots.
  • Develop concepts, references, and visual direction for each collection.
  • Coordinate with photographers, stylists, models, HMUAs, and production teams.
  • Ensure every frame reflects the Color Capital aesthetic — clean, elevated, and intentional.
  • Manage shoot budgets, logistics, and timelines.

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Oversee daily and campaign-based content across social, ads, and website.
  • Direct and edit photo, video, and reel content for digital use.
  • Build and manage a content calendar aligned with launches and marketing objectives.
  • Maintain visual consistency and tone across all platforms.

Brand & Creative Direction

  • Be the custodian of Color Capital's visual identity and creative tone.
  • Stay ahead of global fashion, culture, and design trends.
  • Experiment with new content formats and storytelling styles.
  • Collaborate closely with founders and marketing to ensure every asset speaks the brand's language.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in fashion, content, or creative production.
  • Strong visual and aesthetic sensibility; ability to translate brand mood into visuals.
  • Experience in planning and executing photo/video shoots.
  • Understanding of digital platforms (Instagram, Meta Ads, Shopify, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
