Content & Social Manager – Color Capital

Content Manager
who can own our visual storytelling end-to-end — from photoshoots to social media, and bring a sharp, minimal, high-impact aesthetic to everything we create.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage
    photoshoots, campaigns, and creative productions
    — planning, coordinating, and ensuring brand-perfect output.
  • Oversee
    end-to-end content creation
    across formats: photo, video, reels, stories, product content, and more.
  • Drive our
    social media strategy
    , especially Instagram, including posting, scheduling, reporting, and maintaining a cohesive visual identity.
  • Collaborate across functions (design, marketing, operations) to ensure content supports launches, drops, and brand moments.
  • Develop
    creative concepts
    , moodboards, and campaign ideas that align with the brand's tone — elevated, minimal, relevant.
  • Maintain a sharp eye for
    trend spotting
    , competitor mapping, and platform best practices.
  • Since we are a startup, be ready to
    wear multiple hats.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or brand marketing (fashion/e-commerce preferred).
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility — you understand elevated minimalism and can build a consistent brand look.
  • Hands-on experience with
    photoshoots
    (planning, execution, coordination).
  • Ability to manage creators, editors, photographers, and freelancers.
  • Excellent writing skills for captions, campaign copy, and storytelling.
  • A proactive problem-solver — someone who thrives in fast-moving startup environments.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning end-to-end processes.
