Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive, disciplined, and versatile Project Manager with a strong background in retail fitout and interior project execution. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, capable of handling multiple accounts, and confident in managing end-to-end project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee complete interior fitout projects, specifically retail environments.
  • Prepare, review, and manage BOQs, costing, and fixture-related estimates.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
  • Present project updates, reports, and proposals in a clear and structured manner.
  • Supervise on-site activities, ensure quality control, and resolve project-related issues.
  • Handle multiple projects/accounts (2-3 simultaneously) effectively.
  • Build, guide, and manage a project team as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and brand standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong background in retail fitout and interior project handling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in BOQ preparation, costing, and fixture knowledge.
  • Good command of the English language (written & verbal).
  • Strong presentation, reporting, and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • A team player with leadership abilities to build and manage their own team.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
