Job Title: Assistant Manager – Finance

Reports To: HOD – Finance

Job Summary

Responsible for managing fund flow, processing vendor payments, statutory compliances, GST/TDS workings, reconciliations, month-end closing, and coordinating with banks, auditors, and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily fund requirements and prepare fund position reports.
  • Handle corporate banking (ICICI) and resolve banking issues.
  • Process statutory payments (TDS, TCS, PF, ESI, GST, LWF, income tax).
  • Prepare GST 3B, GSTR-9/9C workings, and reply to notices.
  • Perform 26AS reconciliation and vendor/bank reconciliations.
  • Check and process salaries, F&F settlements, and incentives.
  • Prepare vendor payable lists and payment proposals; coordinate CEO office approvals.
  • Support month-end closing and provision entries.
  • Coordinate with procurement/user departments for payment matters.
  • Assist in audit finalization and provide required financial data.

Qualifications & Skills

  • B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance with 5–6 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP (SAP/Tally).
  • Good communication skills in English & Malayalam.
  • Strong reconciliation, analytical, and coordination abilities.

Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, good team player, able to multitask under pressure.

Compensation

Best in the industry; negotiable based on experience.
