Technician, Engineer, Maintenance
Responsible for the provision of building facility services, typically through contract management and inclusive of environmental maintenance, health & safety, electrical, engineering, public utilities, security and concierge services. Monitors and manages the performance of all parties providing a service to the building(s).
Responsible for overseeing and managing engineering operations, projects, and teams to achieve technical objectives and ensure efficient production and development processes.
Required experienced personal who can handle BMS operation and floor related technical issues as well, pertaining to HVAC, technical, plumbing etc.
