  • We want a smart and enthusiastic Clinical Assistant to join our team who is responsible for clinical duties, such as managing patient appointments and records, preparing examination rooms, taking vital signs, and assisting healthcare providers during procedures. They are also responsible for handling general tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Key responsibilities:
  • Patient care: Take vital signs, document patient medical history, and assist medical staff during examinations and procedures.

Required skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency with software for record-keeping and scheduling.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Knowledge of basic medical procedures and terminology.
  • Administrative tasks: Schedule appointments, manage patient records, process insurance forms, and handle billing and payments.
  • Clinic operations: Maintain and prepare examination rooms, sterilize instruments, order supplies, and ensure the clinic is clean and organized.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare professionals, and communicate urgent results to physicians and other departments.
  • Laboratory and clerical duties: Perform basic lab tests like glucose levels and ECGs, handle correspondence such as faxes and emails, and prepare reports.
