Female Physiotherapist

Responsibilities:

• Patient Assessment
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to understand their needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Treatment Execution
• Provide individualized physiotherapy treatments, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities as directed by senior physiotherapists.
• Assist in implementing treatment protocols and ensuring patient compliance.
• Patient Education
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, posture, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care to promote better long-term health outcomes.
• Documentation and Reporting
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, noting treatment progress and adjustments.
• Prepare reports and update senior therapists on patients' progress and challenges.
• Collaboration
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, including senior physiotherapists, physicians, and administrative staff, to ensure quality care.
• Assist in coordinating patient flow and clinic activities.
• Continuous Learning
• Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities to stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practices.
• Clinic Maintenance
• Ensure treatment areas are clean, well-organized, and stocked with necessary equipment.
• Adhere to clinic policies, including health and safety guidelines, and help maintain a positive environment for patients and colleagues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
