Job description
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Executive to cover West Bengal, Orissa and Assam regions. The ideal candidate should have fluency in Bangla, a strong industrial network, and the ability to drive sales growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and on-field sales efforts.
Role & responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial hubs across Eastern Zone
- Visit factories, plants, and industrial clients regularly to promote our bearing solutions.
- Communicate effectively in Bangla with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and technical discussions.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales deals.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and payments.
- Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and visit reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and customer service.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3+ years of sales experience in industrial products (experience in bearings, mechanical components preferred).
Fluency in Bangla is mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Willingness to travel extensively across Eastern Zone
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
