  • Assist in driving commercial leasing activities for malls, office spaces, and retail properties.
  • Identify, approach, and engage with prospective tenants including retail brands, corporates, and anchor tenants.
  • Support in lease negotiations, agreement drafting, renewals, and documentation in coordination with legal and finance teams.
  • Conduct market research to track competitor leasing, rental benchmarks, and upcoming trends.
  • Maintain and update a leasing database including occupancy status, pipeline deals, and tenant profiles.
  • Coordinate with facility, projects, and fit-out teams to ensure smooth handover and tenant requirements are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, IPCs (International Property Consultants), and brand representatives.
  • Support in generating MIS, revenue forecasts, and presentations for management review.
  • Represent the company at real estate exhibitions, brand meetings, and networking events.
  • Ensure compliance with company leasing policies and RERA regulations.
