About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Creative Strategist or Associate Art Director who can translate brand strategy into bold, imaginative visuals while thinking across formats, audiences, and platforms. You'll lead and execute creative concepts, guide younger team members, and work directly with the founder and strategy team on high-impact projects.

This role is ideal for someone with a refined design sensibility, strategic insight, and a hunger to shape narratives for innovation-driven brands.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Creative Direction

• Lead visual concept development for brand identity, packaging, campaigns, and storytelling.
• Translate technical or abstract ideas into clear, memorable visual communication.

2. Design Execution and Oversight

• Develop high-quality creatives including pitch decks, packaging, digital and print collateral, wall graphics, brochures, and motion design elements.
• Provide feedback and design mentorship to other team members, raising the overall quality of work.

3. Campaign and Narrative Ideation

• Collaborate with strategy and copy teams to create moodboards, campaign ideas, visual systems, and new brand directions.
• Develop visuals that support and enhance the brand story across channels.

4. Multidisciplinary Collaboration

• Work closely with strategists, writers, and digital teams to bring integrated creative ideas to life.
• Contribute to pitches, decks, and client presentations with clarity and conviction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a creative agency, branding studio, or in-house design team.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, storytelling, packaging, and campaign work across different formats.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Figma, Procreate or motion design is a plus.

• Ability to think conceptually, present confidently, and execute independently.
