We are a rising real estate developer based in Bangalore seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Art Director to lead visual concepts and creative execution across digital, social, video, and print campaigns. The ideal candidate is equal parts visual storyteller, motion-savvy creative thinker, and design mentor, capable of transforming strategy into world-class content. Key Responsibilities Creative Leadership - Lead concept development and visual direction for brand campaigns and content - Translate client briefs into compelling creative ideas, storyboards, and mood boards - Guide designers, motion artists, editors, and freelancers to deliver high-quality output - Maintain brand consistency and ensure design excellence across all assets Hands-On Design & Motion - Create high-impact visuals, layouts, and brand identity elements - Provide direction on motion graphic approaches and video look-and-feel - Oversee editing and post-production visual quality (not required to edit daily, but capable) Campaign & Content Execution - Own the creative quality for multi-channel campaigns (social, digital, film, display, OOH, print) - Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and producers - Evaluate creative work and give constructive feedback Stakeholder Management - Work with clients and internal teams to understand business/marketing objectives - Present creative ideas confidently and defend design rationale with clarity - Partner with account managers and producers for timelines & deliverables Team & Process - Mentor junior designers, motion artists, and interns - Manage creative review workflows and maintain quality standards - Stay updated with design, animation, AI-assisted creation, and content trends Required Skills & Experience - 12-15 years of experience in creative/design roles (preferably agency or production studio) - Strong portfolio showcasing: - Brand campaigns - Digital + social design systems - Motion graphics / video-driven work - Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) Working knowledge of: - Figma or equivalent design system tools - 3D / animation software (nice to have) - Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and visual storytelling - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Key Traits We Value - Conceptual thinker with strong aesthetic sense - Proactive problem solver with attention to detail - Confidence in leading creative presentations - Curiosity for new media, digital culture, and visual innovation - Team player with mentoring mindset What We Offer - Opportunity to work on marquee brands & large-scale campaigns - Creative freedom & collaborative culture - Support for skill development (design, motion, tech, AI tools)
