We are a rising real estate developer based in Bangalore seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Art Director to lead visual concepts and creative execution across digital, social, video, and print campaigns. The ideal candidate is equal parts visual storyteller, motion-savvy creative thinker, and design mentor, capable of transforming strategy into world-class content.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative LeadershipLead concept development and visual direction for brand campaigns and contentTranslate client briefs into compelling creative ideas, storyboards, and mood boardsGuide designers, motion artists, editors, and freelancers to deliver high-quality outputMaintain brand consistency and ensure design excellence across all assetsHands-On Design & MotionCreate high-impact visuals, layouts, and brand identity elementsProvide direction on motion graphic approaches and video look-and-feelOversee editing and post-production visual quality (not required to edit daily, but capable)Campaign & Content ExecutionOwn the creative quality for multi-channel campaigns (social, digital, film, display, OOH, print)Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and producersEvaluate creative work and give constructive feedbackStakeholder ManagementWork with clients and internal teams to understand business/marketing objectivesPresent creative ideas confidently and defend design rationale with clarityPartner with account managers and producers for timelines & deliverablesTeam & ProcessMentor junior designers, motion artists, and internsManage creative review workflows and maintain quality standardsStay updated with design, animation, AI-assisted creation, and content trendsRequired Skills & Experience12-15 years of experience in creative/design roles (preferably agency or production studio)Strong portfolio showcasing:Brand campaignsDigital + social design systemsMotion graphics / video-driven workAdvanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)Working knowledge of:Figma or equivalent design system tools3D / animation software (nice to have)Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and visual storytellingExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentsKey Traits We ValueConceptual thinker with strong aesthetic senseProactive problem solver with attention to detailConfidence in leading creative presentationsCuriosity for new media, digital culture, and visual innovationTeam player with mentoring mindsetWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on marquee brands & large-scale campaignsCreative freedom & collaborative cultureSupport for skill development (design, motion, tech, AI tools)
