Position: Telecaller Executive (Female Only)

Role Summary:

This job is not for anyone who's slow, unclear, or uncomfortable with basic office tools. You will be handling direct client communication, follow-ups, and tender-related documentation. If you can't stay organized or confident on calls, you won't last here.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make follow-up calls to clients without delays or excuses.
  • Explain services clearly and convince clients when required.
  • Maintain records, update sheets, and prepare documents related to tenders.
  • Work confidently with MS Word, Excel, and basic online tools.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for any tender documentation.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate only.
  • Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence.
  • Solid command over MS Office.
  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain accuracy.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
