What will you get to do?
● Manage inventory as well as warehouse, transportation, and
other logistics processes
● Manage a large fleet of 200 medics (phlebotomists) and 50+
delivery partners
● Manage hub operations and smooth inventory supply ,Own & optimise the cost of collection
● Delight customers by ensuring on-time collection and on time
delivery of samples to the lab for processing
● Design rosters and routes and ensure adequate supply on
ground
● Keep the ground staff motivated, well groomed and ensure
100% adherence to the company's standard operating
procedures
● Hire and build team ground up

Skills we are looking for

● 5+ years of experience working in logistics, warehouse, or
transportation operations
● Firm grasp of supply chain, inventory, distribution, business, and
management principles
● Ability to manage, coach, and provide training for direct reports
● Exceptional organisational and analytical skills
● Working knowledge of logistics and inventory software
● Should have handled Fleet
● Knowledge on TAT
● Good Understanding on City geography
