Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef located in Mohali district. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of millet-based dishes, ensuring food quality and presentation meet company standards, and managing kitchen inventory. Additionally, the Chef will adhere to nutrition guidelines and collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing and cooking dishes, particularly millet-based recipes
  • Experience in kitchen management and inventory control
  • Understanding of nutrition guidelines and food safety standards
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Relevant culinary certifications or degrees are beneficial
  • Prior experience working in a professional kitchen is a plus
