Title :-
Semifront Technologies is looking to hire a HR Recruiter/Office Admin Intern to manage our full recruitment process, from posting jobs/internships online, to identifying potential hiers, screening candidates and arranging interviews working with the hiring manager and helping in onboarding the selected candidates. Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees. The position is available at office of Semifront Technologies in Salt Lake City, Kolkata, IN.
Responsibilities :-
- Designing and implementing recruiting systems for Semifront, much from scratch.
- Working within organization to develop a recruitment plan and executing if effectively.
- Drafting and posting job descriptions and arranging interview of candidates.
- Handling of administration and record-keeping. Preparing job offers.
- Developing own network of suitable candidates.
- Networking with various institutions and social media.
- Alongside the above, the person is expected to spend 10% of his time in office admin work.
Requirements :-
- Bachelors/Masters degree with bachelor's in human resources/MBA preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
- Excellent record keeping.
- Passion for the work.
