Executive Position: HR Operations Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to manage core HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, documentation, and day-to-day operational support. The role ensures smooth HR functioning, accurate data management, compliance, and coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Attendance & Payroll Support
- Track attendance, leaves, and shift details.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for timely salary processing.
- Maintain monthly MIS reports for attendance and payroll.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
- Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
- Support HR audits and ensure adherence to company policies.
Employee Support & Coordination
- Address day-to-day employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, etc.
- Facilitate internal communication and circulate HR announcements.
- Support employee engagement activities and events.
Administration & Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams for operational requirements.
- Manage vendor communication for HR-related services.
- Handle office administration tasks when required.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of HR processes & HRMS
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting (MIS)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration
- MBA in HR (preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Executive roles
