Role Overview:

As a Senior E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the company's E-commerce & D2C vision, driving multi-channel sales growth, and scaling the brand presence across marketplaces. This role goes beyond execution—it requires a strong business acumen, leadership mindset, and strategic foresight to position as a leader in the digital commerce space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize & Lead Sales Growth

: Design and implement sales strategies across
E-commerce, Q-commerce & D2C platforms

to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- P&L Ownership

: Take full accountability for D2C sales performance, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Marketplace Leadership

: Build strong collaborations with Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Jiomart, and other marketplaces for better visibility, promotions, and growth.
- D2C Optimization

: Enhance the
customer journey

through CRO, data-driven insights, and UI/UX improvements to maximize conversion rates.
- Brand Building & Campaigns

: Plan, curate, and execute marketing campaigns that strengthen brand positioning and boost customer acquisition.
- Strategic Negotiations

: Lead high-value negotiations for listings, promotions, advertisements, and margins with marketplaces.
- Data-Driven Decision Making

: Use analytics, market trends, and sales reports to forecast growth and shape future business decisions.
- Team Leadership

: Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between marketing, design, and sales.
- Customer-Centric Growth

: Drive initiatives in remarketing, loyalty programs, and retention to increase repeat purchases and CLV (Customer Lifetime Value).
