Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and needs promptly.
  • Assist customers in opening new accounts and processing financial transactions.
  • Guide clients through account management and banking procedures.
  • Sell financial products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and meet targets.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial documentation.

  • Monitor and report any discrepancies in transactions to management.

Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a financial or customer service role.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in sales and building customer relationships.
