  • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all mechanical work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Ensuring proper documentation of project activities and providing regular progress reports.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving technical and project-related issues. 
  • Reviewing and assessing contractor claims related to mechanical engineering.
  • Working to resolve disputes and claims in a fair and timely manner.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Reviewing project documentation, including drawings and manuals.
  • Evaluating site updates and red-marked documents.
  • Addressing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
  • Facilitating communication and coordination among various teams.
  • Overseeing mechanical aspects of project closeout and handover.
