Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced
HR Lead
to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement and Specially Who have Implemented some Policies or well awared. The ideal candidate will drive efficient HR processes and help foster a positive, high-performing work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory compliance and labor laws.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding formalities while maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Manage attendance, leave administration, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership on HR strategy, performance management, and retention initiatives.
  • Maintain HR documentation and uphold confidentiality of all employee information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.
  • 3+years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
