SAP Architect with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA BTP, Group Reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM), and BW/4HANA.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in SAP S/4HANA Finance—particularly in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO)—and demonstrate proven success in designing and implementing innovative SAP solutions that drive business transformation, financial transparency, and operational excellence.

This role demands a strategic thinker with both technical and functional expertise, capable of aligning SAP capabilities with business goals and enterprise technology strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and Design SAP Solutions: Lead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance SAP solutions across S/4HANA BTP, Group Reporting, SAC, PaPM, and BW/4HANA.
• Solution Implementation: Drive the implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, with a focus on FI, Banking, and Group Reporting modules.
• SAP BTP & Integration Expertise: Leverage SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services, including SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Integration Suite, to develop and deploy integrated solutions.
• Integration Leadership: Lead integration initiatives involving SAC, PaPM, and BW/4HANA, ensuring seamless connectivity across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• System Conversion & Migration: Oversee S/4HANA conversion and data migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal system performance.
• Collaboration & Cloud Enablement: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support AWS Cloud adoption and ensure alignment of SAP architecture with enterprise cloud strategies.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor system health, optimize performance, and implement proactive solutions for high availability and disaster recovery.
• Governance & Best Practices: Define and enforce SAP architecture standards, ensuring adherence to best practices for system development, integration, and deployment.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business leaders to translate complex requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Training & Support: Deliver training and technical support to end-users and internal teams to ensure solution adoption and effectiveness.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Core SAP Expertise:
  
  Deep proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO)
  
  Hands-on experience with Group Reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BPC, SAP BW/4HANA, and PaPM
  
  Proven track record in SAP BTP solution architecture and SAP Integration Suite
• Analytics & Planning:
  
  Experience delivering financial planning and consolidation solutions, including driver-based or workforce planning using SAC
• Technical & Integration Skills:
  
  Expertise in system integration across SAP modules and external systems
  
  Familiarity with AWS Cloud and related technologies is an advantage
• Methodologies:
  
  Strong experience with Agile project management and DevOps practices
• Soft Skills:
  
  Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  
  Ability to lead distributed and remote teams effectively

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 10–12 years of relevant experience in SAP solution architecture and delivery
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Certifications:
  
  SAP S/4HANA certification strongly preferred
  
  AWS certification or cloud experience is a plus
• Leadership Qualities: Proven ability to lead complex SAP programs and deliver measurable business value
