Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fleet and Operations Manager located in Kolkata. The Fleet and Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily delivery operations, managing and optimizing fleet performance, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and leading a team of delivery partners. This position requires coordination with various departments to ensure seamless, efficient operations and the maintenance of high-quality service standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Fleet Management and Operations Coordination
  • Ability to Lead and Manage Teams effectively
  • Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving
  • Strong understanding of Logistics and Supply Chain Management
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Capability to work on-site in Kolkata
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
  • Experience in the Food Delivery or E-commerce industry is a plus
