Sr. Business Development Manager is key responsible person whose prime duty is to generate sales for self and team members. Apart from this his core duty covers making a strong, positive brand image, developing lasting relations with clients and supporting other business functions whenever required.
What You'll Be DoingManaging sales targets for various services (New-New)Nurture client accounts and increase LTV of clients (Old-New, Old-Old Sales)Market sensing and provide insights on business strategiesDevelop new business avenues, connections, and relationsGive inputs to Driving marketing, lead generation teams for creating & execute campaignsUtilize partner network and affiliates to generate SQL and salesTake active participation in Lead Generation, qualification and conversionBeing a brand ambassador of the company, take part of exhibitions and trade events and generate prospectsManaging relations with current clients, increase their LTVCoordinate with other departments heads to achieve customer delightGenerate proposals/contracts for clients and ensure coordination with the Pre-sales / BA teamComplying company's processes and documentation standards for salesUpdating & managing CRM day-to-day basis and reportingManage relationships with platform managers and work closely with them to farm/hunt new accountsManage team members' productivity and target achievement, if assignedWhat We'd Love To SeeStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Sound experience in IT sales and business developmentExperience with CRM software, MS Office, Tools, Sales Navigator, etc.Excellent multi-tasking skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and campaignsAbility to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiencesStrong organizational and time management skillsIt'd Be Great If You HadAbility to work well in a team environmentAbility to work under pressure Ability to sell value and create credibility Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people Effectively use the time to create the best possible impact.
