Position : Support Engineer (CRM)

Location : Mumbai (WFO)

Key responsibilitie

  • sProvide technical support
    : Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues related to Dynamics CRM, including forms, workflows, security roles, and data inconsistencies
  • .System maintenance
    : Monitor system performance and health, and assist with system upgrades, patching, and general maintenance
  • .User support and training
    : Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat, and conduct training sessions for end-users
  • .System administration
    : Assist with user management, access control, and license management
  • .Collaboration and documentation
    : Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and document system changes, known issues, and resolution steps
  • .Issue resolution
    : Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams or Microsoft support when necessary
  • .Reporting
    : Assist with generating reports and dashboards within the CRM system

    e: Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, reporting, and security mode
