Job Overview:

As a Product Advisor, you'll engage directly with potential customers via outbound calls and walk-ins, converting leads into paying members. This is a high-impact sales role focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to prospects using provided leads
  • Convert free members to paid plans by following a structured sales process
  • Maintain accurate call logs, follow-ups, and lead updates
  • Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, talk time, and revenue
  • Interact with walk-in clients (if assigned) and promote membership offerings
  • Ensure excellent communication and negotiation during every interaction

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum HSC qualification
  • At least 1 year of telesales or sales experience
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Clear speech and fluency in spoken English

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in regional languages
