Role Overview:We are looking for a Finance Executive to manage daily cash flow, accounts payable, invoice processing, supplier setup, expense claim review and payment processing.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage daily cash flow and bank balances.
  • Process payments, collections, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare cash flow reports and assist in forecasting.
  • Prepare inventory statements and work with the supply chain team for effective control.
  • Support monthly book closure activities and prepare schedules for quarterly & yearly audit.
  • Support the financial controller and group finance team with various reports
  • Coordinate with suppliers in resolving vendor payment queries
