Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Collection Specialist. The Collection Specialist will handle daily tasks such as managing and collecting overdue accounts, communicating with customers regarding their payments, and maintaining accurate records of all collection activities. This role requires the professional to work on-site at our location in Gurugram, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements while achieving collection targets efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing and collecting overdue accounts
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records of all collection activities
  • Ability to comply with company policies and legal requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance or a related field is preferred
