Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nakodar for a Business Development Manager Team Leader. The Business Development Manager Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a team of business development associates, developing and implementing business strategies, identifying market opportunities, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Daily tasks will include setting team goals, monitoring performance, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, market research, and strategy implementation
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of financial services, particularly in vehicle loans and small business loans
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Nakodar
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
