**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Iyaan - IT Solutions and Services in Nakodar, India. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for communicating with customers, providing exceptional customer service and training, creating and implementing sales strategies, and managing sales.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience in sales and sales management
- Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs

Additional beneficial qualifications include:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in IT industry sales
- Experience with digital marketing and social media strategy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹4,500.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
