Quality Engineer

As a Quality Control specialist you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of machined components at various stages of the production process to identify any defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from quality standards. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence will contribute to our reputation for delivering exceptional products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive inspections of machined components at different stages of production, pre-production samples, in-process inspections, and final product inspections.
• Identify and document any defects, flaws, or irregularities in materials, workmanship, or construction according to established quality standards and specifications.
• Perform measurements and tests to verify compliance with quality parameters.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and provide feedback on corrective actions to prevent future defects.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection results, including detailed reports and documentation of non-conforming products.
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures, standards, and guidelines to improve overall product quality and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, quality assurance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality objectives and priorities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality assurance guidelines to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and advancements in quality control techniques to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

Pay: ₹16, ₹45,000.00 per month
