Job Title: E-commerce Executive (Experienced Candidates Only)

Location: Mumbai Andheri West 4 Bungalow area

Job Type: Full-time( Work from office only)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Holidays: 4 Sundays per month

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, online marketing, and marketplace management.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage product listings on major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, company website, etc.).


• Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images for better visibility and conversion.


• Plan and execute online campaigns, offers, and promotions with the marketing team.


• Track inventory levels, update pricing, and monitor competitor activities.


• Oversee order processing, dispatch, and returns to ensure smooth operations.


• Analyze sales performance, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and recommend growth strategies.


• Coordinate with customer support to maintain high customer satisfaction and ratings.


• Explore new marketplaces, digital opportunities, and brand partnerships.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.


• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (marketplaces or D2C websites).


• Strong knowledge of online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.


• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis.


• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


• Knowledge of SEO/SEM, digital marketing, or paid ads is a plus.

• Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.


• Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar portals.


• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads.


• Ability to use ChatGPT or AI tools for product image/content enhancement.
