Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Meta & Google Ads Manager
to design, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google. This role will play a key part in expanding donor outreach, fundraising, and spreading awareness about our humanitarian projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Conduct audience research, keyword planning, and donor targeting for effective campaign reach.
  • Develop impactful ad creatives in collaboration with the content and design team.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROI, donations, and leads.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI within allocated budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with Meta & Google's advertising guidelines for NGOs.
  • Work closely with the fundraising and communications team to align ads with ongoing campaigns and projects.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and fundraising innovations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital fundraising and donor acquisition strategies.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and related tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
  • Strong creativity and copywriting skills for impactful donor-focused campaigns.
  • Experience working with NGOs or donor communications (preferred).

Work Hours

  • Standard office timings [10:30 AM to 7:00 PM].
  • As campaigns may require active 24 hours monitoring, you may occasionally be required to work beyond normal hours, including weekends, during peak campaign periods or festive seasons.
