Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Ensure adherence to operational SOPs, quality standards, and hygiene protocols.
  • Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure equipment functionality and timely maintenance.

Team Leadership

  • Manage, train, and motivate the store team.
  • Prepare duty rosters and ensure optimal staffing.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Foster a positive and customer-centric work culture.

Customer Experience

  • Maintain high standards of service and product presentation.
  • Address customer queries, feedback, and complaints promptly.
  • Implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales & Reporting

  • Achieve sales targets and monitor store performance metrics.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share with the Area Manager.
  • Analyze store data to optimize operations and profitability.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain food safety, FSSAI standards, and health & safety norms.
  • Conduct regular audits and ensure proper documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Retail preferred).
  • 3-6 years of experience in retail/restaurant/store management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
