Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Zonal HR Professional to join our team at a reputed organization in Purnia. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HRBP and Talent Acquisition (TA) across multiple zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage HR activities across designated zones.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Supervise and guide a team of HR executives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Resolve employee grievances and ensure legal compliance.
  • Work closely with regional leadership to support workforce planning and retention.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR, with proven team handling capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and talent acquisition practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in multi-location HR coordination will be an added advantage.
