Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and innovative
Technology Consultant
to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will advise clients on technology solutions, help implement IT strategies, and drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client business processes and technology needs to provide tailored IT solutions
  • Develop technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives
  • Recommend and implement digital tools, platforms, and applications to improve efficiency and customer experience
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Conduct workshops, training, and change management initiatives for clients
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project impact
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for clients and senior management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in technology consulting, IT strategy, or digital transformation
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, AI, automation, and data analytics
  • Proven experience managing IT projects and driving organizational change
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Singapore/SEA business and technology landscape is a plus
