At ShopDeck, we help e-commerce merchants set up and manage their D2C storefronts profitably. We offer a unique, all-in-one software solution combined with a services layer that optimizes profitability for merchants. We focus on making D2C selling as easy as selling on e-commerce marketplaces. Our mission is to democratize the art of selling on your own website, which today is largely limited to venture-funded D2C brands.
With the D2C wave in India expanding, our platform empowers around 500k–1M sellers who are capable of selling D2C but currently only manage to do so on marketplaces. At ShopDeck, we believe brand owners should focus on the product, not on complex channel optimizations. We aim to provide a streamlined solution for merchants, combining essential roles such as marketing, product management, operations, and category management into a service layer that drives profitability.
Team and Scale:
We are currently at ~$4.5M ARR and became profitable earlier this year. Our recent Series-B funding round was led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from Elevation Capital, General Catalyst (formerly Venture Highway), and Chiratae Ventures.

If you have a passion for engaging with business owners and guiding them towards successful D2C ventures, we want you on our Field Sales Team You'll take ownership of your territory, helping sellers transform from initial ideas to successful brands on our platform.
What You'll Do:
- Engage & Empower: Meet with sellers to guide them in creating and managing their online stores.
- Onboard & Educate: Introduce ShopDeck's services and onboard clients onto our platform.
- Build Relationships: Establish strong, long-term relationships with business owners across various categories.

Requirements:

- Sales Expertise: 1.5+ years of experience in field sales or direct client interactions in digital media, internet marketing, or technology sales.

- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the local market and fluency in the local language, along with working knowledge of English.
