Job Title:
Web Analytics

Experience: 5-8 years

Location : Bangalore

Data Tracking & Implementation

  • Design, implement, and maintain 
    web and app tracking frameworks
     (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, ObservePoint, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment, etc.).
  • Configure and deploy 
    tags, triggers, and variables
     in Tag Management Systems (GTM, Tealium, Adobe Launch).
  • Ensure 
    first-party data collection
     complies with GDPR, CCPA, and cookie consent frameworks.

Data Engineering & Integration

  • Instrument tracking code with 
    JavaScript/TypeScript
     for event-driven analytics.
  • Integrate analytics data with 
    data warehouses
     (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Build and maintain 
    ETL pipelines
     for analytics data.

Quality Assurance & Debugging

  • Conduct 
    QA testing of tracking implementations
     across devices and browsers.
  • Use tools like 
    Chrome Debugger, ObservePoint, GA Debugger
     for troubleshooting.
  • Monitor 
    data discrepancies
     and maintain data integrity.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build 
    dashboards and reports
     on user behavior, funnels, and conversion rates.
  • Define and maintain 
    KPIs and success metrics
     for business and product teams.
  • Enable 
    A/B testing and personalization
     platforms with accurate data feeds.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product managers, marketers, UX researchers, and data scientists.
  • Translate 
    business questions into tracking requirements
    .
  • Educate teams on 
    effective use of analytics data
    .
